Core Production Supervisor
The Core Production Supervisor is responsible for the startup and ongoing operation of a new cold-box production unit at our Toledo facility to manufacture foundry sleeves. This individual will use their coldbox core making knowledge and experience to establish processes and procedures, develop performance metrics for the department, train and mentor the operators and schedule production in a continuous improvement environment to meet customer demand.
Class B Mechanic
Class "B" Mechanic personnel will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. They are responsible for working with all plant personnel to ensure a safe and productive environment. They will conduct preventative and emergency maintenance as required to keep production areas operating smoothly. They will conduct themselves with a positive encouraging attitude and will have a team focus. They will adhere to maintenance schedule directed by the Maintenance Coordinator.
Product Specialist Feeding Systems
Working under the supervision of the Business Development/Product Manager, the position will be responsible for supporting key tactical aspects of the Metal Feeding Systems product management, sales and service function while learning the various technical and commercial aspects about the complete Feeding Systems product portfolio.
Setup and package finished product in accordance with customer specifications. This includes driving a lift truck, operating the bagger, palletizer and other packaging equipment which includes repetitious reaching up and out to hang super sacks for semi-bulk packaging. Other responsibilities include assisting the mixer and process operators in their job functions as well as contribute to daily housekeeping throughout the work area and warehouse. Must successfully complete HA-Internationals Operator Helper job certification within 6 months of being employed.
