Dura Kote FCZ (formerly Technikoat 04-6614) is HA International's newest addition to our
Dura Kote product line for the jobbing market.
Designed specifically for Flow Coating, Dura Kote FCZ replaces Technikoat 04-6614. There is no change in the product formulation. The new naming convention helps in better defining the minerals contained in the product and the general application ("FCZ" stands for FC = Flow Coat and Z= Zircon).

velcro release supersack will replace the current knotted release supersack for a faster, easier, and safer sand release.

NixStix HC LVOC and
NixStix CB LVOC will now be shipped from our Toledo facility.
NixStix release agents are designed for Heat Cured (HC) applications and Cold Box (CB) applications. Both products are water based, promoting Low Volatile Organic Compounds (LVOC).

HAI Amine Reclamation Program (HARP). HA International offers our customers an environmentally conscientious alternative to PUCB scrubber solution waste disposal. With HARP, amine is recovered to virgin specifications using the latest innovations in process technology at our partner facility Chemtech Services, Inc. located in Chicago Heights, IL.

Availability and shipment of HAI's newest specialty sand,
SpheriChrome, has been deferred due to production delays. The ORC plant is in the final stages of commissioning and scale up. SpheriChrome is anticipated to be available in September. Please contact your sales representative to preorder material today.
Targeted for large ferrous applications, SpheriChrome differentiates from conventional sub angular chromite in its round shape and finer grain size. SpheriChrome is mined and processed in Coos Bay, Oregon where Oregon Resources Corporation (ORC) employs low-impact mining and processing techniques with no blasting, crushing, or use of environmentally harmful chemicals.
