HA International has recently introduced the next generation of inorganic No Bake binders, Geopol, developed by Sand Team. Geopol is HA International’s most recent addition to our EcoMission platform. It satisfies four of the five criteria to meet this distinction. Geopol is a water based resin, contains the lowest VOCs, the lowest HAPS and is also the lowest odor within our EcoMission No Bake product portfolio.

The Geopol binder system provides several advantages over traditional sodium silicates:
- Better bonding strengths at lower resin application levels
- Improved flowability giving higher mold density with flexible work and strip times
- Prevents sintering during casting yielding better casting finish
- Sand can be mechanically reclaimed up to 75%.
