Bioset Low Smoke and Odor No-Bake Binder System

BioSet T8000/T8500 urethane no-bake binder system has been designed to reduce odor, pollutants and smoke emissions. The BioSet binder system contains very low levels of HAPs and has low free formaldehyde content (<0.1%).

Canola SeedsThis system has been formulated with a specially designed solvent package that utilizes methyl ester vegetable oils as well as a new, non-hazardous, patented, silica-based solvent that significantly reduces smoke and odor.
